Bryce Kothe-Baker started hunting with his dad when he was only three years old and played bird dog until he reached age eleven. At that point, he started shooting his own ducks and the true passion began. He has worked long and hard to get where he is now. As co-owner of North Sound Waterfowl in Washington, Bryce guides on over 1200 acres of privately managed waterfowl land. "I realized years ago that I needed to find a way to make a living in the hunting and fishing industry," says Bryce. He is on the board for WA Delta Waterfowl and on the committee for the Edmonds DU chapter. Bryce is also in the process of starting his own non-profit organization to help get youth and women involved in the sport
